Cancellation Policy

OLA Aesthetics operates a strict cancellation policy for all appointment bookings. If you fail to attend or cancel or attempt to move your appointment within 48 hours of your appointment time you will be charged the full price of the appointment you were intending to have. This includes treatments booked as a course. We send confirmation and reminders for all appointments, please ensure OLA Aesthetics is recognised by your email system to ensure our reminders reach you. To change appointments please call 01727 224 232. 

Late Arrivals

We do our best to accommodate late arrivals. However, there may be times when a late arrival will result in reduced treatment time, or we may have to reschedule your appointment and pay in full.

Promotional Terms & Conditions

While we use all reasonable endeavors to estimate the demand for our promotions, all promotions are available while treatment times are available and are subject to availability. In the event that demand exceeds our available treatment times we reserve the right to withdraw a promotion at any time without notice.

Service Guarantee

My best advertising is happy clients. I do our very best to ensure that all my clients are 100% satisfied with my service. I am highly trained, with a wealth of experience. On very rare occasions, things may not go to plan, so if you are in any way unhappy with your treatment, please contact me and I will endeavour to remedy the situation. Complaints

I aim to provide high quality services which meet my client’s needs. If I am not getting it right, please let me know. In order to ensure my services remain at the highest standard, I have a procedure through which you can let me know for any reason if you are not satisfied with me or Ola Aesthetics. First, if you are not happy, please tell me. I can resolve most matters straight away. When the matter is more complicated I will give you at least an initial response within five working days.

Making a written complaint

If you are not satisfied with my response or wish to raise the matter more formally, please write to Ola Aesthetics, 4 Tinshill, Lane, Leeds LS16 7AP. All written complaints will be logged. You will receive a written acknowledgement within five working days. Ola Aesthetics follows the National time limits for formal written complaints which means you will receive a full response within 30 days: or, where an investigation is ongoing, a full response will be sent within 5 days of its conclusion.

Terms of use of OLA Aesthetics gift cards
 

1. These terms and conditions tell you about the legal terms and conditions which apply to your purchase and use of physical and digital OLA Aesthetics gift cards.
 

2. These gift card terms apply to pounds sterling gift cards purchased online through the OLA Aesthetics website.
 

. 3. OLA Aesthetics reserves the right to update and change the terms and conditions of our OLA Aesthetics gift cards at any time. This does not affect your legal rights. Use of your OLA Aesthetics gift card constitutes acceptance of our Terms and Conditions and we therefore recommend you read them carefully. It is your responsibility to check these gift card terms from time to time to ensure you are aware of any changes which may have been made. OLA Aesthetics gift cards remain the property of OLA Aesthetics who maintains the right to cancel the card in its sole discretion in situations where it is deemed necessary to do so (such as to comply with applicable laws or as a result of circumstances beyond its control).
 

4. The value of your OLA Aesthetics gift card can be redeemed at OLA Aesthetics Medical Spa in the UK.
 

5. The gift card balance cannot be exchanged for cash or redeemed against the purchase of another card.
 

6. The maximum amount that an individual OLA Aesthetics gift card can hold is £250.00; this limit cannot be exceeded by performing balance transfers. For gift cards purchased online, OLA Aesthetics will provide you with specific denominations to choose from; you can select any amount to load on to your gift card.
 

Validity
 

7. Your OLA Aesthetics gift card is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of activation following which they expire automatically. A gift card cannot be used after the expiry date and any remaining balance will be removed and the card will become invalid and no longer available for use. We have no obligation to remind or inform you of a gift card’s expiry and it is your sole responsibility to ensure that any balance is used in full prior to expiry.
 

8. A Gift Card expires automatically once its balance has been exhausted. A Gift Card may be topped up with additional funds provided the gift card is still valid and has not yet expired.
 

9. Gift Cards may be used to pay for the whole or any part of a purchase or order.
 

10. Only one gift card may be used per online order. 

Lost/ Stolen
 

11. OLA Aesthetics cannot be held responsible for the any balance lost on a OLA Aesthetics gift card as a result of theft or fraud. OLA Aesthetics cannot be held responsible for any unauthorised use by another party.
 

Crediting a OLA Aesthetics gift card
 

12. If a partial refund is made for any purchase using a OLA Aesthetics gift card and another method of payment, then any refund amount owing will be credited to the OLA Aesthetics gift card in the first instance.
 

13. If the total to be refunded is more than originally paid by OLA Aesthetics gift card, then any remaining refund balance will be refunded to the other method of payment used by you (i.e. debit/credit card or cash).
 

Data Protection
 

14. Personal data relating to your purchase or use of a gift card will be used in accordance with current applicable data protection and privacy legislation and the our privacy policy which can be found at: https://www.olaaesthetics.com
 

Governing Law and jurisdiction
 

18. These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree, as we do, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
