Terms And Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all clients of Ola Aesthetics Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) and govern the use of our website, booking systems, and the provision of treatments and services. They should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.

1. About Us

Ola Aesthetics Ltd is a private limited company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 13963252). Our registered office address is held at Companies House. We provide aesthetic and facial treatments to clients aged 18 years and over only.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

All treatments and consultations are provided strictly to clients aged 18 or over. Proof of age may be requested. We do not knowingly treat or collect data relating to minors.

3. Consultations

A consultation is mandatory prior to all injectable aesthetic treatments. Consultations may be paid and are redeemable against treatment when carried out on the same day, subject to clinical suitability. A consultation does not guarantee that treatment will be performed, and we reserve the right to refuse treatment where it is not clinically appropriate.

4. Booking System and Card on File

All appointments are managed via Square Appointments. A valid debit or credit card is required to be held securely on file for all bookings, including free consultations. Card details are processed and stored securely by Square; we do not store full card details ourselves.

5. Deposits and Payments

Certain services require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total treatment cost where treatment proceeds.

Treatment fees are payable in full following delivery of the service and are non-refundable once treatment has been administered, except where required by law.

6. Cancellations, Changes and No-Shows

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Where less than 24 hours’ notice is given, or where a client fails to attend their appointment, the full treatment fee will be charged.

All cancellation and no-show charges are processed automatically via Square using the card held on file.

7. Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, we will endeavour to accommodate you; however, your appointment time may be shortened or cancelled. In such cases, full charges may still apply in accordance with our cancellation policy.

8. Treatment Outcomes

All aesthetic and facial treatments carry inherent risks and results may vary between individuals. No guarantees are made regarding outcomes. Full information on risks, benefits, and aftercare is provided during consultation.

9. Medical Information

Clients must disclose all relevant medical history and medications prior to treatment. Failure to provide accurate information may result in refusal of treatment, with charges applied in accordance with these Terms.

10. Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment at any time where it is deemed unsafe, unsuitable, or where a client behaves in an abusive or inappropriate manner.

11. Complaints and Refunds

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your treatment, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assess your concerns.

Refunds will only be considered where it is determined that services were not carried out with reasonable care and skill. Dissatisfaction based on personal preference does not entitle a client to a refund.

We are committed to resolving complaints fairly and efficiently. However, vexatious, abusive, or unsubstantiated complaints will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to refuse service or further communication in such cases.

12. Promotions and Gift Cards

Promotional offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, are non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

13. Payment Providers

We may offer third-party payment options such as Clearpay. These services are subject to separate terms and eligibility criteria set by the provider.

14. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
